Refund Policy

Shiji does not currently offer paid access. This policy will apply when paid digital features become available.
Before paid launch
No payment should currently be requested through this website. Any future checkout will clearly identify the seller, price, currency, taxes, included access, and whether the purchase is one-time or recurring.
Digital purchases
Unless a longer period is required by law or displayed at checkout, refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Access may be revoked after a refund. We may decline requests involving substantial use, abuse, fraud, or chargeback manipulation where permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Where a merchant of record processes the purchase, its buyer support and refund procedures may also apply.
How to request help
Use the contact page and include the account email, order identifier, purchase date, and reason for the request. Do not send full card or bank details.
