Use the existing feedback channel for product support, privacy requests, copyright notices, and future billing questions.

What to include

  • Product support: the page URL, what you expected, and what happened.
  • Privacy request: the account email and whether you request access, correction, export, or deletion.
  • Copyright notice: the protected work, the affected URL, your authority to act, and reliable contact details.
  • Billing support: the account email and order identifier, but never full card or bank information.

Response and identity checks

We aim to review requests within a reasonable period. Sensitive account requests may require identity verification. The public operator name, business address, and dedicated legal email must be added before paid access launches.
